Terms of service

Effective October 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of Siamese Dream RE Portal, operated by Siamese Dream LLC. By using the portal, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

Authorized access

The portal is available to provisioned users. Use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to access. Keep your Google account secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not bypass permissions or use another person's account without authorization.

Google connections

You choose whether to authorize Google Ads or Google Analytics and which supported account or property to connect. You must have the necessary Google permissions and comply with applicable Google terms and policies. Google remains responsible for its own services and may change, limit, or revoke API access.

You can disconnect integrations in the portal or revoke access through your Google Account. See the privacy policy for what happens to tokens, imported reports, and deletion requests.

Advertising actions and costs

Supported advertising actions, including creative experiments, can change live advertising behavior and incur Google Ads charges. Authorized users are responsible for reviewing the accounts, creative, destinations, dates, and settings before requesting an action. You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, campaign spend, and advertiser obligations.

Google Ads charges are governed by your agreement with Google. These terms do not create a separate portal subscription or purchase commitment.

Reports and availability

Reports depend on Google's data, attribution, API availability, and synchronization timing. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or revised. The portal does not guarantee advertising results, revenue, search rankings, or uninterrupted availability. Review important decisions against your source accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use the portal to violate laws or platform policies, access data without permission, compromise the service, distribute malicious content, or misrepresent your identity or authority. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, or comply with legal or platform requirements.

Your data and privacy

You retain your rights in your data. You authorize us to process information as needed to provide the features you use, as described in our privacy policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your Google accounts or advertising content to Siamese Dream LLC.

Ending access

You may stop using the portal and disconnect its Google integrations. Contact us to request removal of your portal account or stored data. Removing access does not cancel campaigns, experiments, or other changes already applied to a Google account; review and manage those directly in Google Ads.
