Privacy policy

Effective October 4, 2026

This policy describes how Siamese Dream LLC handles information for Siamese Dream RE Portal, including the portal at portal.siamesedream.dev and its Google integrations. It does not replace a separate policy for another Siamese Dream product.

Information we access

• Account identity: Google account identifier and verified email used to sign you in and match you to a provisioned portal user. The sign-in flow requests basic profile permissions.
• Google Ads: information from an account you authorize and select, such as account identifiers and settings; campaign, ad group, ad, and keyword information; and performance data such as cost, clicks, and conversions.
• Google Analytics: reports from a property you authorize and select, including the dimensions and metrics requested through supported reporting and funnel features.
• Connection and service information: OAuth access and refresh tokens, organization memberships and roles, session information, synchronization status, and records of connection or administrative events.
• Technical and support information: request and error information needed to deliver and secure the service, and information you send when requesting support.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, enforce organization access, connect selected Google accounts, retrieve and display reports, perform supported advertising actions requested by authorized users, maintain connections, diagnose problems, and protect the service.

We request Google Analytics read-only access. The Google Ads authorization scope allows advertising account management as well as reporting; supported changes are restricted by portal permissions. We do not receive your Google password.

Google API data and limited use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data, use it to serve personalized advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google data is used to provide the portal features you authorize.

Who can access information

Authorized users within your organization can access reports according to their portal role. Google processes authorization and API requests. Cloudflare provides our hosting and database infrastructure and processes information necessary to operate that infrastructure.

Access by operators or service providers is limited to providing the service, support with appropriate authorization, security, or legal requirements consistent with applicable Google data policies. We do not publish your connected account reports to the public website.

Storage and protection

Portal records and imported Google Ads reports are stored using Cloudflare infrastructure. Google Ads and Google Analytics connection tokens are encrypted before database storage. Portal sessions use secure cookies, and server-side membership checks restrict organization access. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security.

The portal stores synchronized Google Ads reporting data for use in its dashboards. Google Analytics report requests are processed through the portal; connection details and related audit events are stored.

Disconnecting and revoking access

An authorized administrator can disconnect Google Ads or Google Analytics in the portal. Disconnecting removes the stored connection tokens and prevents that connection from being used for further API access. For Google Ads, pending synchronization work is stopped.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete previously imported Google Ads reports or all audit records. You can also revoke the app's authorization through your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized access but does not itself erase records already stored by the portal.

Retention and deletion requests

Account records, imported reports, and operational records are retained while needed to provide the portal, maintain security, resolve support issues, or meet applicable legal obligations. Reports may remain after a connection is disconnected.

To request deletion of your portal account or stored Google data, email siamesedreamllc@gmail.com with the account and organization concerned. We may verify your identity and authority before processing the request. We will explain any records that must be retained for security or legal reasons. Deleting portal copies does not delete the original data in Google Ads or Google Analytics.

Cookies

The portal uses cookies for sign-in sessions and to protect OAuth connection flows. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the service. These public RE Portal information pages do not include advertising or analytics tracking scripts.
